Information

Each apartment offers:

• a bedroom with a new double bed
• a bright living room (bay windows) with a new sofa bed
• a fully equipped kitchen
• separate toilet
• a bathroom with Italian shower in mosaic

Each apartment is equipped with:

• Internet and electronics: Wifi ADSL (including in the courtyard). Fiber to come during 2022. New Smart TV (possibility to connect to your Netflix accounts etc).
• Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer
• Daily dishes and utensils for 4 people
• Bedding : A new bed 160cm, a new sofa bed 140cm (mattress thickness 14cm), cot on request
• Linen: sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, hand soap, toilet paper for the stay
• Cleaning products and utensils for daily cleaning
• Garden furniture (in progress): table and chairs, barbecue

Common parts to the 2 apartments:

• A courtyard common to both apartments
• Swimming pool (5m x 2,6m) accessible to the tenants of both apartments
  

Parking:

Free parking in front of both apartments (not private) and plenty of spots in another parking lot 1min (or less) walk away. You can also park in the street for free.

Rules

General:

• No smoking accommodation
• Animals not accepted
• Thank you for respecting the quietness of the neighborhood

Cleaning and inventory:

A set of equipment is made available to you to make your stay as comfortable as possible (microwave, washing machine, Smart TV, wifi etc). An inventory is made between each rental to ensure the good condition of each equipment. If you notice a problem with any of the equipment on your arrival, please let us know at that time.

The cleaning is systematically done between each rental but we obviously count on our tenants to respect the place during their stay. If however a reinforced cleaning was to be made necessary following a stay, additional expenses could be asked to the tenants.
